The flow of meetings

It is often observed in meetings that the behaviour is as follows: 20% of employees are unconsciously using most of the time. How do the remaning 80 % of employees work during those meetings? They lean back, follow more or less interested, and keep their knowledge and potential for solutions to themselves. Frustration is pre- programmed.

In workshops using LSP everyone is equally engaged: Each participant builds a model in response to a question. Each team member must explain his model and his answer. Consequently, everyone in and out of 20 /80 meetings will be 100 / 100 meetings. The result is full attention and potential development.

Through LSP, the participants’ conscious and unconscious knowledge and experience is used to develop solutions.

These meetings show high motivation and more intensive participation. The result is a greater willingness to contribute and represent the solution developed.
